Services Include: Five digital photos of your property, (Additional photos $5 if we take or $3 if you have a photo we can upload.) a detailed description of your property and it's amenities, a detailed list of all surrounding attractions such as parks, schools, stores, etc, a map showing how to get to the property. All your contact information, including an email address if you don't have one, so interested clients can contact you.

Tenant Placement Services
Services Include: all services listed in Internet Advertisement as well as Showing your property to potential renters, once we find a suitable tenant we do a thorough background check including Pulling credit reports, criminal background check, verifying employment, previous rental history and personal references.
No up- front costs once tenant is placed we will deduct or fee from the rent, and deposit money collected from the tenant.

Is a service for homeowners who leave their residence for an extended period of time. McIvers Property Management offers the homeowner an alternative to house sitters, renters or security companies.
Services Include: A licensed property manager will do a walk- thru and check your property inside and out making a journal entry of anything unusual. Make sure there are no visible leaks in plumbing and verify water meter is not running, confirm all doors, windows, and access points are secure, heating and ventilation will be checked to make sure it is working properly, verify all exterior and security lights are functioning properly, 5 Digital pictures provided monthly and Forward all specified mail, and faxes
